I’ve been to numerous chiropractors through the years—numerous. In this area alone I’ve tried about a dozen. I’m serious, no exaggeration. I speak from experience.
Have you ever been to an “assembly line” chiropractor? What do I mean? That is a chiropractor whose approach is one-size-fits-all. Everybody gets the same adjustment-- crack, crack and you’re out the door, that’s it! This after you most likely spent 20 minutes or more patiently waiting your turn. You had an appointment time, but that really didn’t mean anything. You are just another number (cha ching)!!! No personal interest here.
Things are altogether different at Spring Wellness. Starting at the front desk, you’ll be greeted by Mandy, Dr. Mark’s able assistant who is most pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Nice.
Then there is Dr. Mark, a one-of-a-kind chiropractor in my book. Why do I say that? For starters, because he CARES. Imagine that—a doctor who is really interested in you!! Yes YOU, an individual with your own unique concerns. What ails you is not the same as what ails me. So, the assembly line approach isn’t used here. Dr. Mark not only listens to you, he spends time with you (not the typical 3 minute in and out routine. He treats you according to YOUR needs. In fact, he may adjust you differently each time you come in because that is what YOU needed at the time. What I especially appreciate about Dr. Mark is what he won’t do. He won’t have you coming back several times in a row for days or weeks when it is not necessary. How refreshing is that? Notice I said when it is not necessary? There may be times when it IS necessary. For example, my husband injured his back at work—a herniated disk—very painful! Dr. Mark knew aggressive treatment twice a day for three/four days was what he needed. RELIEF! Yes, specialized, individualized treatment.
Dr. Mark has helped me and many other members of my family TREMENDOUSLY. I am so happy we found him. I only wish we had found him years ago!! He really knows his “stuff,” and he will do what it takes to help you any way he can.
Just in case you’re wondering, I haven’t been paid to write this. I’m not a family member, personal friend, or employee either. However, I do speak from the heart in all sincerity. So if you need/want a great chiropractor, look no more. You’ve found one. Ahhh, Dr. Mark. How I love thee, let me count the ways!

In February of 2011, I was involved in a terrible rear end collision in
which a truck hit my small car from behind at a speed of 75 MPH while I
was sitting at a dead stop. This accident has resulted in my having
several different injuries throughout my body. An MRI was one of the
tests conducted on my neck and lower back which showed 4 disc bulges.
Following the car accident, I endured daily debilitating migraines that
caused me to have to sit in the silent dark hoping that it would end.
This was very frustrating because I am 21 years old and felt as if my
life was taken away from me because this accident has severely affected
every part of my life. I was referred to Dr. Marquardt in April and up
to this point I was still having migraines every single day and the
pressure in my head was never ending along with the pain in my neck and
back. Through my MRI results, Dr. Mark was able to plan out exactly how
he was going to solve my problems by adjusting my spine and coordinating
different therapeutic techniques. The first time I was adjusted, the
pressure in my head disappeared immediately. Right then in that moment,
for the first time since my accident, I felt relief and hope. In the
time that I have been getting adjusted and going through therapy with
Dr. Mark, I am migraine-free about 95% of the time and I know that with
just a little bit more time, I will soon be at 100%. I never would have
thought that this was possible. Being referred to Dr. Mark was
absolutely a blessing for me and I am now starting to have my life back.
I have never had a doctor who actually cares like a friend as much as
Dr. Mark and I cannot thank him enough for all the relief that he has
provided to me. I am currently explaining to my family members who have
back troubles or headaches how great Dr. Mark is and how they should see
him for immediate relief. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone
because he really is the best.
